We're ApartmentRentalsBB...Who?!?

Based in Barbados, we got involved in property through a life long interest in real estate. We have family members who are actively involved; and through the years, we even learned of the benefits of real estate as it pertains to wealth creation and management.

We have even been involved in teaching certain modules to real estate classes at the college level. 

This Google account was developed. so that those involved in real estate or seeking to become involved can learn about some of the basic requirements. Over the years, people have been building apartment units, offering houses for rent, and even engaging in some form of property management without seeming to understand some of the rudiments involved in handling properties and being engaged with the people who may be prospective or even current tenants. 

What we're hoping that this blog will do is to educate not only tenants of what they can expect in renting properties, but more importantly assist property managers / owners in what's required when they offer their properties for occupancy. 

Do we know everything? No! 

However we are hoping that others will lend their experiences to the discussion so that we can create best practices where there are none.
